The heavy rain that lasted an hour, included thunder, lightning and lightning; It also caused the river that passes through the La Loreto sector to overflow, flooding the streets of the El Atascoso sector, and even caused blackouts in some streets of the Viva Alfaro parish.
This was announced on social networks by those affected, while others did so by broadcasting videos of the events that took place.
Residents of the neighborhood indicated that the accumulation of waste in a box duct caused the vents to be plugged and thus the river begins to look for other outlets.
The Ruta del Río was another of the avenues that had accumulation of water, where vehicle owners, with the help of other citizens, had to turn off their vehicles and push them until they reached a safer place.

This is the second time that this overpass has been flooded, and the authorities have indicated that it is due to the accumulation of waste that is washed into the sewers with the rains, causing blockage.
