Russian dacha owners risk a fine of 5,000 rubles if they don’t properly fence their “hacienda”. This is reminiscent of the site UssurMedia.
According to paragraph 6.2 of the Federal Code of Rules (SP 53.13330.2019), on the basis of which they develop their own norms and rules for TSN, the height of the fence between the sites should be 1.2 – 1.8 meters. Ideally, the fence should be transparent, for example, made of chain-link mesh. The installation of a blind barrier that completely blocks the access of sunlight to the neighboring site is prohibited.
You can avoid this risk by agreeing with the neighbors amicably – by mutual agreement, you can install any fences or completely abandon them.
Also, the risk of paying a fine arises if, during the installation of the fence, it was possible to “grab” the neighboring plot. In this case, you will not only have to remove the fence, but also pay a fine. In accordance with Art. 7.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, it will be up to 1.5% of the cadastral value of the site, but not less than 5 thousand rubles.
