In the medical facility, where activist Svetlana Utkina was taken by ambulance from the 21st police department, she was diagnosed with a broken leg. As Anna Karulicheva, ex-deputy of the Narva Okrug Municipality, told ZAKS.Ru, she was allegedly injured during her arrest.
According to Karulicheva, Utkina was put in plaster. The police drew up a protocol against the activist, which states that she did not obey the lawful demand of a police officer. The protocol also states that Utkina violated public order and refused to show documents. She was released from the police department with an obligation to appear.
As previously reported, police officers detained former municipal deputy Svetlana Utkina in Academician Sakharov Park. She tried to interfere with the construction of the building of the judo school named after Anatoly Rakhlin. Utkina called the police because of a construction fence that appeared in the park, demanding to stop work. However, the police arrived and arrested her.
According to Utkina, there was a man dressed in civilian clothes with the police. According to her, during the detention, he allegedly kicked her.
