Leandro Josué and Bryan Roberto were eating at a barbecue in Guasmo Sur on Wednesday afternoon when several men arrived at the site and shot them.
The incident occurred in the Unión de Bananeros cooperative. And, according to witnesses, the perpetrators discharged their weapons against the diners who were hit by some bullets.
Both were transferred to the Guasmo hospital, where they are recovering. Criminalistics agents found 16 ballistic signs and two deformed bullets in the restaurant.
