In the Kaluga region, a verdict was passed on a picketer who came out with a poster against the special operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.

According to Kaluga News, on March 6, a man walked out with a poster to Lenin Square in Kaluga.

According to the decision of the Kaluga District Court, he was fined 35 thousand rubles under Article 20.3.3. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security”).

Earlier in Kaluga, two picket participants in the Dzerzhinsky district were brought to administrative responsibility under this article.

Earlier, the police in Ivanovo detained a man with a poster on which he wrote “*** *****”. The detainee was accused of public actions aimed at discrediting the Russian military. He faces a fine of 30 to 60 thousand rubles.

Earlier, the court fined activist Nikolai Dyachkov 75,000 rubles for a picket with a poster “No ***” under the article for violating the procedure for organizing a public event. Also, a protocol was brought against him on the fact of “discrediting the armed forces.”
