In the Grito de La Libertad sector of the Venus del Río Quevedo urban parish, in Los Ríos, the alleged leader of the criminal organization ‘Los Choneros’ was captured.
The Quevedo District Police indicated that the capture occurred after an operation that was carried out on the night of Thursday, March 10.

The police chief reported that once they were captured, they were taken to the police station to await the flagrancy qualification hearing.
