Vehicle parking will be free, according to the Municipality.
Before the arrival of the Peak and Plate to the city, the Municipality of Quito informed that there will be three parking lots located at the entrances to the city for the vehicles to be parked for the duration of the restriction according to the license plate number.
The hours of operation of these parking lots will be Monday to Friday from 04:00 to 22:00. The service will be free.
The capacity of each parking lot is as follows:

The resolution that changes the mobility restriction measures in Quito from Hoy No Circula to Peak and Plate will become effective as of November 1, 2021. However, the restriction will start from Thursday 4, due to the holiday for the Day of the Dead and Independence of Cuenca.
The application of the restriction will be to two license plate numbers per day, at two times: from 05:00 to 10:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00.
