The Russian government within two days must determine the list of countries committing “unfriendly actions” against Russia. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin press service reports.

“The Government of the Russian Federation, within two days, to determine the list of foreign states that commit unfriendly actions against the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities and individuals,” the document says, TASS reports.

It also states that Russian companies will have the right to pay debts to creditors from countries that commit “unfriendly actions” in rubles.

Recall, on February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin made an emergency appeal to the Russians and announced a special military operation in the Donbass. In his speech, he stated that “circumstances require decisive action from Russia” and stressed that “Russia will not allow Ukraine to have nuclear weapons.” In response to Russia’s actions, Western countries (USA, Canada, European Union, Great Britain, Japan) announced new, tougher sanctions against the Russian Federation, including financial and economic ones. On February 27, the EU countries completely closed the sky for Russian aircraft – they cannot land and take off in the EU, as well as fly over its territory.
