In the last two decades, the city of Guayaquil has seen the development of various cycling clubs that have promoted this activity within the city and its surroundings, for entertainment, fellowship and health purposes.

Ronald Game Intriagoone of the top leaders of that trend, died last Wednesday due to alleged complications in his brain functions, for which he was hospitalized.

This guy from Guayaquil led the group Cyclists Without Borders since its inception, almost two decades ago, since it was established on October 20, 2004 and recognized by the Ministry of Sport as a Specialized Mountain Biking Sports Club on April 4, 2013.

“Generally, we make tours on Saturdays and/or Sundays along rural and rural paths, appreciating all the flora and fauna and sharing experiences with the inhabitants of the interior towns,” Game said in a last interview given to La Revista, in September 2018.

Ronald, who participated in various initiatives to promote this sport, has received heartfelt tributes through the social networks of cycling clubs.
