Washington Casaman, Police Mayor of Pichincha, said that in the joint operations they found 65 massive public events, issued 85 citations, 7 closures and 33 clandestine parties from which 11,500 people were evicted. They also seized 24,400 liters of alcohol.

For its part, Silvana Vallejo, director of the Metropolitan Transit Agency, said they reported 45 traffic accidents, this means an increase compared to 2021 when 34 claims were recorded.
