Gastronomic and entertainment enterprises of the tourist destinations of Esmeraldas improved their economy in this carnival holiday.
The lifting of the sanitary restrictions of the national COE and the VAT discount at 8% allowed tourists from other cities and local families to visit the spas of Las Palmas, Tonsupa, Súa, Atacames, Las Peñas, Mompiche, among others.
Ariana Manrique, owner of a restaurant in Las Palmas, said that this season she received more clients who requested cuisine with seafood.
