The St. Petersburg art space mArs will host a nostalgic performance “My Petersburg”

In the St. Petersburg art space mArs (Marsovo Pole, 3) on Sunday, February 27, the theater-studio “Parterre” will present a nostalgic musical and poetic performance “My Petersburg”.

The audience will see a bright and touching, thoughtful and at the same time, comical combination of music with Russian poetry of different times, breathing love for St. Petersburg.

“This is a dialogue through time, where yesterday and today come into contact. A touching violin, enveloping the sounds of the piano and poetic images of St. Petersburg calling to courtyards, and to small streets, bridges and bridges, embankments and avenues, revealing the versatility of life, mystery, modernity and the special spirit of this city,” the creators of the play say.

Performance “My Petersburg”

The production will feature original music by the legendary St. Petersburg duet Svetlana Sirotina and Natalia Chubarova. A poetic dialogue with the audience will be performed by artists of the Parterre Theater Konstantin Zubritsky and Evgenia Mariskina. The director-producer was Alexandra Mariskina.
