Teatro Centro de Arte returns to face-to-face courses
34 years ago, the León Febres-Cordero Art Center Theater and its Art Schools were inaugurated, a place where knowledge of art and culture is imparted to children, youth and adults. The training of his students has not stopped despite the pandemic. The courses were transferred to a videoconference platform with dozens of small and large artists, ready to learn every day. Now their vacations return to the classrooms, with all biosecurity measures and proper cleaning of spaces.
They offer 6-week courses in disciplines such as ballet, karate, music, painting, crafts, puppet shows, theater, hip hop, drums, singing, piano and accordion, for children from 4 to 12 years old.
For the same ages they also provide a integrated arts package which are taught from Monday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 12:00, with ballet or karate, initiation to music, painting, crafts, puppet shows, theater and rhythms. It starts on Monday, March 7 and runs until Thursday, April 14. The value is $195 for 6 weeks. Includes materials for crafts, painting and storytelling.
