Employees of Nortek LLC, which operates on the basis of the Altai Tire Plant in Barnaul, went on strike.
As one of the employees of the enterprise told IA Bankfax, some of the workers refused to go to shifts after they were given unusually small amounts as wages on February 15 – 15-40 thousand rubles less, depending on their position.
According to the factory workers, on the evening of February 16, the management of the enterprise met with people and explained that part of the bonuses and allowances had been “frozen”.
“A controversial situation arose with individual employees due to a change in the payments of motivational accruals of a stimulating nature, which are formed monthly. To resolve the problem, a trade union organization was involved. Employees who believe that their labor rights have been violated are asked to file their claims in accordance with the procedure established by law,” the management of Nortek said.
The prosecutor’s office began an investigation.
