Patients of one of the hospitals in the city of Mezhdurechensk (Kemerovo region) spent more than an hour next to the body of a roommate. This is reported by the Telegram channel Mash Siberia, indicating that the man died of blood cancer.
His body was covered with a blanket by other patients who had to wait for the doctors for about an hour and a half.
One of the patients with diabetes recorded a video from the ward, indicating that his ward mates were having difficulty moving and could not get rid of the creepy neighborhood.
According to the Novokuznetsk Novokuznetsk portal, the management of the medical institution in which this incident occurred apologized to the patients and announced the start of an internal check.
“The Mezhdurechensk City Hospital is conducting an internal check on the fact of a video recording from the ward of the therapeutic department, where the body of the deceased patient was located,” it said. “By order of the chief physician, a commission has been created, which, during the audit, will assess the actions of the medical staff and identify employees who have violated the job regulations.”
