Sofia Almeidawho maintains a dispute with Hernán Ulloa by presidency of Council for Citizen Participation and Social Control (CPCCS), made public, on his Twitter account, the delivery of a job addressed to the National Policel with the precautionary measure provided by his police guard as the “legitimate” owner of the organization in compliance with the provisions of a judicial resolution.
The document posted by Almeida is from the Multicompetent Judicial Unit based in the Samborondón canton (Guayas), signed by the Judge Karly Vargas Alvaradoand bears a receipt stamp from the general command of the National Police, on Friday, February 11, 2022, at 5:15 p.m.
Vargas ratified the Almeida tenure as president of the Council, she annulled the acts of removal from her position and pointed out that only the same judge who issued the precautionary measure can revoke it, and there is an appeal to the superior for the refusal.
