The Kalininsky District Court of St. Petersburg chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention against Artur Tadevosyan, accused of obstructing the work of an investigator and obstruction of justice with the use of non-dangerous violence.

According to the United Press Service of the Courts of St. Petersburg, on the night of February 8, Tadevosyan was in the premises of Relax LLC, where an investigator of the RF Investigative Committee conducted a search in the case of causing death by negligence. During the search, the investigator decided to seize two of Tadevosyan’s mobile phones. Then he snatched the phones from the hands of the investigator, which he had previously given out voluntarily, after which he tore off the glasses from the face of the law enforcement officer, pushed him into the body with his hands, from which the investigator hit the wall with his body and head.

On February 8, Tadevosyan was charged. He did not fully admit his guilt and asked the court to ban certain actions. Nevertheless, the court took him into custody until 7 April.

According to investigators, it was in the UK “Relax” that the janitor worked, who died when an icicle fell from the roof. At the same time, the deceased was not officially employed.
