In the city of Belovo in Kuzbass, without coal, a disabled person froze to death in his own house.

As the neighbor of the deceased told Sibdepo, the tragedy occurred in January. The man accuses social security of not providing assistance to the disabled and the lack of coal.

According to the neighbor of the deceased, he lived alone, none of his relatives visited him or helped him in any way. After the man had a stroke, he found himself in a difficult life situation, without money and the opportunity to earn it. He was issued a disability just a year ago and since then he began to receive a pension – 8 thousand rubles, but this money was not enough for coal. Neighbors visited the disabled person, helped with food. “One day he came and saw that he was all cold, dressed in a bunch of clothes. I then began to sound the alarm, raised the public. Vitya was taken to a temporary residence, it turned out that he had frostbite of his fingers and he had to amputate them, ”said the man’s neighbor.

Then he returned, but the coal was never brought to him. We brought it to him ourselves, volunteers also helped. However, in the end, the man froze to death in his own house.
