Police officers in Naberezhnye Chelny opened administrative proceedings against rapper Alisher Morgenstern in the case of drug propaganda in three video clips for his songs.

“According to the conclusion of a comprehensive linguistic and botanical examination carried out by specialists from the Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University, a plant similar to hemp is depicted along the edges of the tattoo on Morgenstern’s chest,” a law enforcement source told TASS.

However, according to him, Morgenstern did not admit his guilt.

Recall that the rapper left Russia with his family in 2021 and moved to the UAE. This happened after a resonant statement by the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, that the artist allegedly “trades drugs online.”

And yesterday, News.ru, citing two sources, reported that Morgenstern had decided not to return to Russia and had already started selling property in the country.

Later, the rapper himself reacted to this. “Russia will not get rid of me so easily,” he said in response to relevant publications.
