Over the past weeks and months, Ukraine has received $1.5 billion in aid and more than a thousand tons of weapons from partners. This was stated by Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba during an online briefing, UNIAN reports.

“We are in constant contact with partners. Today, Ukraine receives increased political, economic and security support. Its total volume over these weeks and months has crossed the $1.5 billion mark, and the volume of defensive weapons and military equipment delivered to Ukraine has a total weight of more than 1,000 tons,” Kuleba said.

Such volumes of support strengthen Ukraine’s position at the negotiating table, the minister stressed. He added that now the key task of world politics is “to prevent another wave of Russia’s war against Ukraine.”

And “Ukraine is approaching this with a cold head and a warm heart,” Kuleba stressed. According to him, Ukraine will not make any concessions that will be unacceptable.

Earlier, Kuleba noted that military assistance to Kiev was provided by the United States, Great Britain, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and the Czech Republic.
