The family of ex-judge Saydi Yangulbaev has not known anything about the judge’s wife and mother of his children, Zarema Musaeva, since January 20, Yangulbaev’s daughter Aliya said.

“Since January 20, we have not had any contact with her, even lawyers are not allowed to see her. She didn’t see anyone, and we don’t know anything about her, ”RIA Novosti quotes Aliya as saying.

Recall that Aliya left Russia with her father, but refused to specify in which country they are.

Earlier, family members of the former federal judge received life threats, including from State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov and from Ramzan Kadyrov himself. The formal occasion was statements about local revered religious figures. The Chechen authorities also claim that the Yangulbaevs allegedly persuaded the inhabitants of the republic to engage in terrorist and extremist activities. Human rights activists believe that the persecution is connected with the Telegram channel, which criticized Kadyrov and other high-ranking officials of the Chechen Republic. The wife of the former judge Zarema Musaeva was taken from Nizhny Novgorod to Chechnya, where she is under arrest under the threat of criminal terms, her husband, daughter and sons fled abroad.
