Western allies are not putting pressure on Kiev to implement the Minsk agreements on Russian terms, which are contrary to Ukraine’s national interests. This was announced last night on the air of the talk show “Right to Power” by the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Dmitry Kuleba.

According to him, “Minsk agreements cannot be implemented on Russian terms.” They are based, as the minister explained, on “a direct dialogue between Ukraine and ORDLO (certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions – ed.), which is imposed on us (Kyiv – ed.) and which is rejected at meetings at all levels,” reports Interfax “.

Recall that on February 2, Kuleba made it clear that the Ukrainian authorities are not going to grant Donbass a special status and the right to veto.

At the same time, earlier the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, said that he was not satisfied with all the clauses of the Minsk agreements, but this was “the only valid format.”

At the same time, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said that Kiev was ready for negotiations with Moscow “in any format.”

We add that political scientist Igor Gretsky believes that there will be no real war between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, but Moscow may withdraw from the Minsk agreements. Read more about this on the Rosbalt website.
