A gardening non-profit partnership (SNT) is obliged to clear snow from all roads located near the summer cottage. It is reported by Kurer-sreda.
Penalties are prescribed in part 1 of article 20.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. It is indicated that “the fine is paid to the main representative of the garden non-profit partnership, directly to the legal entity.” The publication notes that this does not apply to all residents of a particular area, but the management will pay a fine from the total contributions of all summer residents. To prevent such a situation, all individuals regularly collect funds for snow clearing. Usually this applies to special services involved in cleaning snow and debris, which not only clean all areas, but also take away all the snow.
For chairmen of a garden non-profit partnership, fines are provided in the amount of 150 to 200 thousand rubles.
Meanwhile, the leading specialist of the Phobos Center, Mikhail Leus, said on Facebook that the height of the snow cover in St. Petersburg for the first time since the beginning of the winter season had reached 40 cm.
Earlier, the State Administrative and Technical Inspectorate of St. Petersburg imposed fines on organizations in the amount of more than 60 million rubles. for improper snow and ice removal.
