In Bratsk, a 29-year-old man was unable to pay for a taxi and left his 1.5-year-old daughter to the driver as a “collateral”. A taxi driver named Konstantin told 360.tv about this. According to the driver, the passenger was drunk, treated the child normally, but in the end he never returned for the girl. She had to be taken to the Children’s City Hospital.
Konstantin waited for his father’s return for about 40 minutes, and then, while the child was crying, he tried to call the number from which the taxi was ordered. However, he was answered by a girl who was not aware of the situation. The driver took the child to the police, where he testified about the incident. In them, he indicated that at the time of the disappearance of the passenger, he owed him 450 rubles, and taking into account the expectation and the new route to the police station, the amount amounted to about 1,500 rubles.
A source familiar with the family said that the girl was visiting her father with her mother (the child’s parents are not officially married). The mother left earlier, confident that no excesses would follow, since the man had not been noticed in alarming behavior before.
The incident happened on January 16th. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the parents under the article “Failure to fulfill obligations for the maintenance and upbringing of minors”.
Recently, we recall, in the Altai Territory, investigators began checking on the fact of the appearance of a video showing how parents, for educational purposes, kicked out a child naked in the cold.
