Leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) Vladimir Zhirinovsky is advising Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to “pack his bags” and prepare to flee the country. The Russian politician stated this on the air of the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio station.

At the same time, he is convinced that any negotiations with the Ukrainian president should be excluded. “We must not make any concessions,” Lenta.ru quotes the LDPR leader.

Recall that back in November-December last year, the world media was filled with the topic of the alleged Russian invasion of Ukraine and the sanctions that should follow. According to the authors and experts of these publications, a sign of “invasion” is the concentration of Russian military equipment in the regions bordering Ukraine. Among the likely sanctions are both the shutdown of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, as well as restrictions against Russian energy companies, and the shutdown of the SWIFT system of “fast” financial settlements.

Let us note that earlier, on January 18, Zhirinovsky said in the State Duma that Russia has a “great chance” to remain the only superpower in the unfolding confrontation with the West. “Now we have a historical moment when we must win against the West,” the LDPR leader believes.

He believes that the West “will get scared and retreat.” “They are afraid of a big war, because they never fought: the American army never went on the offensive, they did not take Berlin, and the French were defeated under Napoleon, the Germans under Hitler – there is no one to fight,” Zhirinovsky argued his position.
