Such an order was given “in connection with another case of the death of a child as a result of an attack by a pack of stray dogs,” according to a statement on the website of the UK.
Bastrykin ordered “to work out proposals for improving the current legislation in order to increase the safety of the population and exclude such facts.”
The Investigative Committee emphasized that “such a reaction is caused from time to time by repeated incidents associated with attacks of stray animals on people in different regions of the country.”
Moreover, they complain in the UK, “this problem does not receive due attention, and in some subjects, municipal officials, alas, simply ignore it.” “Obviously, to prevent such cases, tougher legislation is required both at the federal and regional levels,” the press service of the committee said.
