The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inamhi) issued a weather bulletin for rain and thunderstorms valid until January 25.
The entity forecasts the occurrence of precipitation and some electrical storms in various sectors of the national territory. It is likely that the episodes in which the greatest amount of precipitation can accumulate will be recorded between Sunday the 23rd and Monday the 24th.
In the Coastal region, the episodes of greatest consideration will focus on the north and interior, sectors where occasional thunderstorms could occur. In the Amazon region, scattered precipitation events, although the largest accumulated events could be recorded in localities located in the foothills of the mountain range.
In the Inter-Andean region, the most relevant rains will focus on the northern and southern provinces and localities near the foothills of the western mountain range.

Clear cloudy, scattered rain and drizzle.
Sierra Region
Cloudy with occasional decrease in cloudiness, showers and scattered drizzles. Fog.
Amazon Region
Cloudy varying to occasional partial cloudy, scattered rains and drizzles with probable storms, mainly in the foothills of the mountain range.
Island region
Cloudy with gradual decrease in cloudiness, occasional drizzles. (I)
