In Russia, they want to issue plastic handcuffs and nylon belts to flight attendants on planes to deter air brawlers. The draft law developed by the Ministry of Transport is posted on portal draft normative legal acts.

The press service of the transport department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Central Federal District indicated that the artist was on the flight SU325 Male – Moscow with signs of intoxication. When taken to the police department, the star behaved inappropriately, waved her arms, insulted the police officers, the Interior Ministry added. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law according to which flight attendants on board an aircraft will have the right to use special means of deterrence against air brawlers. According to the law, the aircraft commander has the right to give orders to the aircraft crew members and aviation security officers “to suppress their illegal actions” using “special deterrents”.
The list of such special means and the rules for their use will be approved by the Russian government. The law will enter into force 180 days after the day of its official publication.
