A court in Moscow fined the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK) for showing footage of a BDSM session on the talk show 60 Minutes (TV channel Rossiya).
The corresponding decision, posted in the court file, was issued in the fall of 2021. However, according to Lenta.ru, Telegram channels drew attention to him on January 20.
The document states that the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company was found guilty of violating the procedure for disseminating information among children that is harmful to their health.
According to the ruling, the June 21, 2021 episode of 60 Minutes contained “arousing scenes that show sexually explicit acts, as well as a partially naked female body (without showing the genitals)”.
Such transmission materials did not meet her age marking “12+”.
Thus, the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company was found guilty of an offense under Part 2 of Art. 13.21 of the Code of Administrative Violations of Russia.
The court imposed a fine of 20 thousand rubles.
“Lenta.ru” notes that in this issue, host Evgeny Popov showed a video of a BDSM session with the participation of a candidate for the Manhattan City Council, Zack Weiner. In the video, a half-naked girl tortures a stripped politician.
