Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Boris Vishnevsky reproached local officials for the fact that instead of solving city problems, they spend time and energy exposing critics of the authorities. The other day, we recall, the leader of the Leningrad group, Sergei Shnurov, sang a new song about the snow and garbage collapse in the city, which ridicules the inaction of officials.
The video clip has already gained more than a million views on YouTube in a few days.
Officials, in turn, criticized Shnurov. So, in particular, State Duma deputy Sergei Boyarsky was outraged by obscene language in the song of the leader of the Leningrad group that resonated. Another United Russia party, Mikhail Romanov, said that “it turned out very evil and very ugly.”
Vishnevsky, commenting on the scandal surrounding Shnurov’s song, wrote on his Facebook: “Smolny tirelessly promotes Shnurov. “The best people of the city” are thrown into battle with him, starting from Boyarsky and ending with Romanov – with the expected success of such an advertising campaign.
“In no way am I a fan of Shnurov’s work, but what the townspeople say, trying to walk along the streets in the center and not only, contains much more non-parliamentary expressions than in his video,” Vishnevsky noted. – Gentlemen officials, you would spend your energy on cleaning the city, and not on denouncing its critics! It would be more useful.”
He added that the cleaning disaster continues, and suggested that officials “read social networks”, “or better yet, walk the streets.”
At the same time, the parliamentarian drew attention, over the past ten days there has not been a single piece of news on the Smolny website about the authorities dealing with the problem of winter cleaning.
“How will it not exist. Amazing indifference,” summed up Vishnevsky.
