In Kislovodsk, a court arrested a convicted 54-year-old man accused of killing a one and a half year old child.
According to the RF IC, the family left the child at their friend’s house. On the morning of January 15 this year, they handed over the child to the nanny’s roommate. The defendant stabbed the boy with a knife and threw him onto the stairwell of the house.
Today, the court chose the detainee a preventive measure in the form of detention.
He asked the court to leave him free, trying to express remorse.
He was charged with committing a crime under paragraphs “c, d” part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of a minor, committed with special cruelty). A psychological and psychiatric forensic examination was appointed.
Earlier, the media found out that the nanny of the murdered boy was convicted of theft and lived under a false name. She said that the man suffers from epilepsy, and the day before he left the house to no one knows where. A neighbor helped to find him and brought him home, while the man was aggressive, shouting, cursing. As a result, the girl got scared and went to spend the night with friends.
A man met a mother with a child at the entrance of the house and offered to take the boy to his girlfriend. Since earlier he had always been kind to the child, the mother gave the boy into the hands of a man and went to work.
During the arrest, the man said that he was “a king and a god” and “should have done this (to kill a child – ed.)”.
