The official statement also indicates that the card or certificate delivered in other countries can be registered in the State Portfolio system. “The MSP does not need to revalidate the information or hand over a new card ”.
On October 18, the Emergency Operations Committee (COE) national announced that after of the 30th of October can be done public events with protocols biosafety.
