Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to finalize the bill on covid certificates, taking into account the observance of the rights of citizens and taking into account all life situations. This is stated in the list of orders of Russian President Vladimir Putin published on Saturday on the Kremlin website.

It was also instructed to ensure the availability of obtaining documents confirming the vaccination against COVID-19, the presence of medical contraindications, or documents confirming that a citizen has had a coronavirus.

In addition, an assessment of the impact of the implementation of the law on the activities of organizations in various sectors of the economy should be carried out.

The report of the heads of the government of the Russian Federation, the Federation Council and the State Duma, Putin expects until January 30.

On Friday, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova announced that it was decided to postpone consideration of the bill on covid certificates in the second reading in the State Duma due to the epidemiological situation in Russia. State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin also said that the bill would be withdrawn from consideration.

Golikova also said that after testing the system, citizens will be able to receive a certificate of recovered patients based on a certificate of the presence of antibodies to coronavirus in the blood. This will make it possible to receive QR codes for those who have been asymptomatically ill or have been treated on their own, without the involvement of doctors.
