Residents of the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg live for half a year with non-working sites for household waste. With the beginning of the garbage reform, the situation became more tense. With grief in half in the fall, the UK managed to partially repair one site at the 6th and 8th buildings, but only two containers were launched, the third is still not working. And between the 5th and 7th and 7th and 6th buildings, the garbage sites are closed, ”said a reader of Rosbalt.
According to him, the problems grew during the start of the garbage reform. The tanks were filled with waste for several days in January.

The moment with the shops is unclear, before the reform they had contracts with the Criminal Code for garbage collection, and they used our containers. And now, apparently, they need to conclude contracts directly with NEO and place their containers. But while this issue is not clear, they are actively dumping mountains of garbage on the garbage sites of the 1st stage, closest to the shops, ”the owner noted.
In his opinion, as a result, local residents will pay for everything, while everyone around is relieved of responsibility.
