Attack against the director of a women’s prison in Guayaquil; it happened on the road to Daule

The director of the Guayas N ° 2 Women’s Prison Center for the Deprivation of Liberty (CLP), or women’s prison, Lorena Calderón León, suffered an attack at the end of the afternoon of this Wednesday 12 when she was mobilizing on the road to Daule.

From another unidentified lead vehicle, they opened fire on two cars. In one of these was the official, who was unharmed. A friend of the director was injured by one of the bullet wounds, it was preliminarily indicated.

The armed attack occurred before 7:00 p.m. on the road to Daule and Marcel Laniado de Wind street, at the height of a shopping center in the area.
