In the city of Cherepovets (Vologda Oblast), an inadequate citizen was detained, who beat a woman doctor and broke her mobile phone. The reason for a fit of rage was the inability to receive coupons for an appointment with narrow specialists – as the registry employee explained to the man, in order to receive coupons for children, he had to first go to an appointment with a district pediatrician.
When the visitor became indignant, an employee of the clinic sent him to an appointment with the management, TASS reports. In response, the man burst into the nearest office and beat the woman who was there – the deputy chief physician, who was talking on the phone at that moment. It was the mobile phone snatched from the clinic employee that became the instrument of beating.
The victim was given first aid by her colleague, she was taken to the neurosurgery department with a head injury and must spend some time under medical supervision.
According to eyewitnesses to the incident, referred to by the Vologda Region news agency, the violent visitor was simply drunk.
A criminal case was initiated against the rowdy under the article “Beatings”, he faces up to two years in prison.
