It all happened on January 8-9 at the entrance to Moscow along the side of the Gorkovskoe highway. Tires of dozens of cars were punctured after they drove over sharpened metal objects scattered along the road.
Psychologists believe that acts of vandalism without a clear reason are the consequences of the propaganda of a car-free lifestyle in the capital.
