With regard to Sputnik, Israel is awaiting the publication of the official results of a study of the effectiveness of this vaccine against the omicron strain.
Foreigners who have not been vaccinated or contracted an infection will not be allowed to enter Israel. Tourists from countries on the red list will also not be able to enter Israel without obtaining permission from the Exceptional Cases Commission.
