According to preliminary data, the day before in one of the apartments located in Balashikha, the body of a man was found without visible signs of violent death, and his acquaintance was hospitalized from the same apartment in an unconscious state.
In addition, a man and a woman were hospitalized from another apartment in Balashikha, who later died as a result of poisoning with an unidentified substance. As a result of the inspection of their apartment, canisters with alcohol-containing products were also seized.
In both cases, canisters with an alcohol-containing liquid were seized from the scene and sent for examination. Investigators identify the place of purchase and the supplier of alcoholic beverages. A criminal case was initiated on the fact of the sale of goods and products, as well as the provision of services that did not meet safety requirements and resulted in the death of three people (part 3 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
