Milton Patricio Espósito Santana, 21, died and two more people who were riding a motorcycle were injured in an accident registered at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 1, on the road to the Punta Bellaca spa, in the Leonidas Plaza parish.
Jonathan A. and Dolores L. are the wounded. The woman was transferred by an ambulance to the Miguel Hilario Alcívar hospital in Bahía de Caráquez, the Police reported.
Members of the National Police and the Fire Department arrived at the scene of the accident, where the motorcycle was lying on the gutter and the body of Espósito Santana lay, who was dedicated to the sale of purified water.
According to the first investigations of the Police, the driver was coming from the spa and would have lost track when reaching the curve.
Prosecutor Estuardo Flores ordered the removal of the body and its transfer to the Manta forensic center.
Scenes of pain were recorded when the news was known, as relatives and friends of the victim arrived at the scene of the accident.
