In their opinion, the United States, China and Russia will take part in the war. At the same time, Moscow and Beijing will attack with missiles, the speed of which is 27 times the speed of sound, so the charges cannot be detected. In this area, Washington is far behind potential rivals, according to the experts interviewed.
The experts emphasized that technology has now become a battleground: Russia and China are investing a lot in this area. At the same time, government spending on traditional defenses is decreasing in favor of digital technologies.
