The Municipality of Quito reported that on Friday, December 31, Saturday, and Sunday, January 2, 2022, the municipal parking lots administered by the Metropolitan Public Mobility and Public Works Company (Epmmop) They will attend with a special schedule.
For him New Years holiday Citizens will be able to access these places to store their vehicles while they carry out tourist or commercial activities.

Historic center
It is December 31st the seven parking lots in the Historic Center: Cadisan, El Tejar, La Ronda, Montúfar 1, Montúfar 2, San Blas and Yaku will serve from 06:00 to 20:00.
The January 1 Cadisan will attend from 06:00 to 23:59; The Round will keep the attention from 06:00 to 22:00. The El Tejar, Montúfar 1, Montúfar 2, San Blas and Yaku parking lots will remain open from 06:00 to 19:00.
The January 2 Cadisan normalizes its 24-hour schedule and La Ronda will attend from 06:00 to 22:00. The other parking lots in El Tejar, Montúfar 1, Montúfar 2, San Blas and Yaku will offer the service from 06:00 to 19:00.
According to information from the Municipality of Quito, the Historic Center has 1,898 parking spaces. The fee for hour or fraction in these spaces is $ 0.75 from 06:00 to 17:59 and from 18:00 to 05:59 it is $ 0.90.

- The January 1 none will work of the seven zones.
- The January 2 La Mariscal 1 and La Tola-Mercado Central are operating again, 08:00 to 17:00
