People in a van would have arrived in the La Cocha neighborhood since morning hours and were drinking alcohol. The neighbors thought they were only celebrating the end of the year, but they heard a shriek and when the individuals left and the vehicle were gone, but the puppy was engulfed in flames, says the Lucky Animal Welfare Foundation.
“When the neighbors saw him, they put out the fire with a blanket, called 911 and us. We are heartbroken. They are strong images, “they wrote on their Instagram profile.
Upon arriving at the site, the volunteers of the organization picked up the puppy, who would have an advanced age, since “absolutely no one else wanted to help him.”
“Nobody even knew how to catch it, hundreds of people were outraged but no one approached.
