She was found guilty of abuse of authority during the construction of a shopping and entertainment center and receiving a bribe in the amount of 7 million rubles. from the developer “Zimnyaya Vishnya” – General Director of OJSC “Kemerovo Confectionery Plant”.
General Director of ISK Resource Nikita Cherednichenko, who was involved in the reconstruction of Winter Cherry, was sentenced to 15 years in a strict regime colony and paid a fine of 70.5 million rubles. with the deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to the implementation of managerial functions in commercial organizations for 11 years.
Deputy Tanzili Komkova Svetlana Shengerei was sentenced to seven years in a general regime colony and was deprived of the right to hold civil service positions for three years for three years.
The son of the former head of the Kuzbass State Construction Supervision Service, Eduard Komkov, will spend ten years in a strict regime colony and pay a fine of 70 million rubles.
