Authorities of the National Emergency Operations Committee announced new measures to face the Christmas celebrations and by the end of the year in 2021. One of these is the presentation of the coronavirus vaccination card for non-essential activities.

As of this Thursday, December 23, the presentation of the vaccination card or certificate will be mandatory to enter public places and institutions.

The presentation of the document, for a month, with the complete vaccination scheme, will apply to people over 12 years of age who want to attend restaurants, shopping centers, food courts, cinemas, discos, tolerance centers.

What can be done

• The burning of puppets with the close family circle will be allowed.
• The vaccination certificate will be required to enter restaurants, shopping centers, food courts, cinemas.
• There will be a 50% capacity in restaurants, food courts, religious temples, entrepreneurship fairs.
• There will be a 50% capacity in gyms, spas, spas and the like.
• There will be a capacity of 50% in the case of cinemas and theaters and the sale and consumption of food and drink is also prohibited, so that customers do not have to remove their masks inside the rooms.
• There will be a 75% capacity in markets, supermarkets (income will be one person per family).
• There will be a capacity of 75% in shopping centers, museums, financial entities, and government entities serving the public.
• The beaches will operate with restricted hours from 06:00 to 18:00.

What can’t be done

• Massive events that generate crowds are prohibited,
• Festivals, contests, neighborhood events, street parties are prohibited.
• They will not be able to attend the Turkish baths and saunas.
• Public and private events in bars, discos and the like, tolerance centers, convention centers and reception rooms (dinners, corporate lunches) are suspended.
• Public and private events such as concerts, child passes, processions, novenas in public spaces, old-year festivals, popular festivals, festivals, popular dances, neighborhood events are suspended.
