The challenges to grow

Installing the kiosk and launching the website has been a job that has taken the Nativus team several months, since by increasing the channels to reach its customers, they are creating the possibility of receiving a greater quantity of orders.

“This year at Nativus we have created a strong structure to grow and respond to the demand we have for products. For example, What happens if one day 450 orders enter in one day? We are already prepared for that ”, assures Pedro.

The work has been hard, they explain, mainly because they seek to maintain quality and that the “number one bread has the same taste as 2,500 bread”, both in the products they sell ready-to-eat and in the frozen ones.

“We handle a product that must be at a certain temperature. We have made different types of calculations and depending on how many items go inside the box, the temperature at which they should be is calculated. We have alliances with transportation companies in the United States, which will help us go to different states. It is quite complicated logistics, but it is something that we have been working on for at least eight months ”, Pedro details.
