Scientists have found out what diseases carriers of different blood groups suffer from

It became known what diseases carriers of different blood groups are susceptible to. This was reported by scientists from different countries, who were quoted by the portals Involta and Techinsider.

It is noted that during the experiments it was found that the special chemical composition of blood, consisting of antibodies, red blood cells and antigens, affects health, as well as human life expectancy.

According to scientists, people with blood type I are less likely to suffer from cardiovascular diseases. They also found more cells in their blood to fight cancer and infections. However, carriers of this group may suffer from inflammation of the thyroid gland, gastrointestinal problems, skin diseases and allergies.

At the same time, researchers from the Karolinska Institute (Sweden) found that blood type II increases the risk of developing stomach cancer by 20%.

Carriers of III are more likely to suffer from cancer and tonsillitis. But people with blood type IV should be wary of infections, the researchers noted. In addition, American scientists from Harvard came to the conclusion that those with blood type IV have the greatest risk of developing heart disease – 23%. Also, people with group IV have the highest risk of developing age-related cognitive impairment, and they are more likely to suffer from dementia.
