Yuri Shevchuk and the DDT group will give a concert in Uzbekistan for the first time

Musician and leader of DDT Yuri Shevchuk, together with a rock band, will come to Tashkent for the first time to perform in front of fans. According to the local ticket sales service iTicket, the concert will take place on February 12 at the Alisher Navoi Cinema Palace.

For a ticket you will have to pay from 2 to 15 thousand translated into rubles, depending on the location of the seat in the hall. iTicket also reported that the performance program includes “famous songs from all albums” of DDT since the founding of the legendary rock band.

In 2022, Shevchuk was fined 50 thousand rubles for fakes about the Russian army. In the summer of 2023, DDT released a new album, “Wolves at the Shooting Range.” In the fall of the same year, Shevchuk suffered a heart attack, which is why the group’s performances were canceled and rescheduled to later dates. The musician regained his health until the end of December.

Since 2024, DDT has been touring again, but exclusively abroad. The group has already visited Bulgaria and Serbia. According to Shevchuk, the concert in Belgrade was only his third in the last two years. The group’s financial problems were solved through the sale of merchandise and souvenirs, the musician emphasized.

Since March 2022, DDT concerts have been regularly canceled in Russia. The group associates this with Shevchuk’s statements about the Northern Military District in Ukraine.
