From this Friday, December 17, 2021 at 00:00 and until Monday, January 3, 2022, the resolution of the national Emergency Operations Committee (COE) on restrictive measures as a capacity limitation or prohibition of events and the consumption of liquor, which will last more than fifteen days for the festivities of Christmas and New Years.
According to the resolution of the national COE last Tuesday, December 14, the measures are:
–Markets, fairs, supermarkets, shopping centers, entrepreneurship fairs with a maximum capacity of 75%.
-Convention centers, reception rooms, event venues, restaurants, bars, discotheques, tolerance centers and the like in closed places of 50% and in open spaces of 75%.
-Those cantons that have beaches and spas They must establish a maximum capacity of 75% and establish a schedule for their use from 06:00 to 18:00.
-Prohibition of public and private events in public spaces such as concerts, Child passes, novenas in public spaces, fairs and popular festivals, festivals, burning of puppets, festivals and neighborhood events.
–Consumption ban and sale of alcoholic and moderation beverages in public spaces.
However, in the resolution of the national COE the obligation is not established to present the vaccination card, which according to the Ministry of Health, should be done in shopping centers, religious churches, entrepreneurship fairs, convention centers, reception rooms, restaurants, bars, discotheques, tolerance centers.
