“You shut up,” replied the governor after a complaint from a man who said it was too late to solve the problem. “So I have to be there before the problem occurs?” Said the now former governor.

Asked about the incident, Vera later explained that he and the Government were disrespected and therefore asked a gentleman “to be silent.” “We are not the cause of the problems that have occurred here, however, we are here to resolve these issues,” he said.
